One River - Behind the name, inspired by the constitution of water prominent throughout her natal astrology chart and all of it's teachings, the experience of the ebb and flow of life that inevitably leads back to one source and an ode to the divine presence of the Ganges river India in which Jodi discovered on her travels and the Ohinemuri river that connects her to her roots, her sense of belonging in this world.
This Whakataukī sums it up beautifully:
E rere kau mai te Āwanui, Mai i te Kāhui maunga ki Tangaroa. Kō au te Āwa, kō te Āwa kō au.
“The river flows from the mountains to the sea, I am the river the river is me”.
